Tasting notes
Deep straw-yellow with golden reflections. Very complex nose, intense fruit of pear and peach, acacia and orange blossom, with a background of honey and hydrocarbons. Dry, broad, warm and very persistent.
Pairs well with
Traditional Piedmontese dishes; fish, white meat; perfect with white truffle and excellent as an aperitif.
