A Colli Tortonesi Rosso blending Barbera and Croatina from estate vineyards about 40 years old, aged 18 months in steel and a year in bottle.
Tasting notes
Full, compact ruby red. Wide-ranging and refined on the nose, with lovely notes of plum, blackberry and pomegranate. Full, soft and well balanced on the palate.
Pairs well with
Filled pasta, cured meats, red and white meats, medium-aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- After crushing and destemming, the must macerates in temperature-controlled steel tanks with frequent pump-overs for about 10 days. The wine then ages 18 months in steel tanks and a further 12 months in bottle.
