100% Dolcetto from 60-year-old vines in Rodello at 600 metres, fermented at controlled temperature and matured in 30 hl Slavonian oak before 12 months in bottle.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color with violet reflections. Intense and fruity aroma with notes of cherry, blackberry, and almond. Dry, harmonious, and pleasantly bitter taste.
Pairs well with
Ideal with appetizers, pasta dishes, cured meats, and fresh cheeses.

- Vinification
- Fermented and macerated for approximately 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees C to keep and enhance the grape's elegance. Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by further refining in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit. Aged 12 months in bottle.
