100% Nebbiolo from Serralunga d'Alba at 300 metres, macerated for 8 weeks and aged in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months.
Tasting notes
Garnet red color with orange reflections. Intense and complex aroma with notes of withered rose, licorice, and spices. Dry, full-bodied, robust, and persistent taste with noble tannins.
Pairs well with
Perfect with important red meat dishes, game, truffles, and aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- Maceration on the skins for approximately 8 weeks: the first 8 days in cement cisterns with frequent racking for good colour extraction, then more delicate racking on the remaining days to extract the noble tannins. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels. Matured and refined for 36 months.
