100% Arneis grown in Vezza d'Alba at 300 metres, on sandy, calcareous soil with southeast exposure, fermented in stainless steel and given a short refining period in bottle.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense and persistent aroma with notes of white flowers, pear, and hazelnut. Fresh, savory, and balanced taste with a pleasant almond finish.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, fish dishes, and white meats.

- Vinification
- Gentle crushing and light pressing, then alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 10 to 12 degrees C for 20 days. Aged in stainless steel with limited skin contact for 3 months, followed by a further 3 months refining in bottle.
