Tasting notes
Garnet red color with orange reflections. Intense and characteristic aroma with notes of violet, rose, and red fruits. Dry, full-bodied, and harmonious taste with elegant tannins.

Ideal with pasta dishes, red meats, roasts, and medium-aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- 15 to 20 days in cement cisterns, with frequent racking during the first 5 days for strong extraction, then more delicate racking to reach the right level of tannin. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in 20 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months, to preserve the Nebbiolo grape's elegance and character.
