Tasting notes
Golden yellow with bright amber shades. Intense and complex bouquet with hints of honey, dried apricot and candied citrus, and a mineral note at the end. Fresh, savoury and long lasting on the palate, with a delicate tannic sensation that gives it roundness.
Pairs well with
Blue cheese, white meat, vegetarian first courses or smoked fish.
