Fil is the winery's Roero DOCG, made from Nebbiolo, aged 12 months in barrel and at least 6 months in bottle.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with intense maroon shades. Typical scents of wood refining: red fruits, balsamic notes, violet, liquorice, white pepper and vanilla. Sweet and persistent on the palate, with velvety tannin and blackberry and liquorice notes, finishing with a delicate caramel taste.
Pairs well with
Red meat, grilled dishes, game.
