San is a table red (Vino Rosso) blending Barbera and Nebbiolo, produced without added sulphites.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with deep purple shades. Blackberries and coffee notes at first, followed by red berries and plum jam, then vanilla and cloves. Round, enchanting and sweet on the palate, with strawberry and red currant notes and a silky tannin. A blend described by the producer as half Barbera and half Nebbiolo, made without added sulphites.

Red and roasted meat, sauces, traditional first-course recipes.
