White
Bel Riserva
By Carlo Casetta, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Bel Riserva is the reserve version of the winery's Roero Arneis DOCG, aged in stainless steel with batonnage sur lie for 3-4 months and then 1 year in bottle.
Tasting notes
Bright yellow with golden shades. Intense and enveloping bouquet, revealing notes of hydrocarbon and flint stone. The sip is wide, full bodied and warm, with a fresh note but a rounder, more persistent sensation, and a pleasantly sapid aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Local Fassona tartare, vegetarian first courses, noble poultry (oven baked or roasted).
