Bel

Bel is the winery's Roero Arneis DOCG, made from Arneis and aged in stainless steel with batonnage sur lie for 3-4 months.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with light green shades. White flowers (jasmine, acacia, lemon) with a delicate scent of fresh citrus, pineapple and passion fruit. The first taste is pleasantly sour, with citrus, exotic fruit and white flowers on the palate.
Pairs well with
As an aperitif, and with fish, white meat, vegetarian dishes.
