Cit is the winery's Langhe DOC Rosato, made from red grapes grown on the estate.
Tasting notes
Peach rose with orange shades. A distinct mineral scent recalling flint at first, replaced by elegant red berry notes when swirled. Pleasantly fresh and moderately acid on the palate, with floral and fruity notes, a distinct mineral scent, great persistence and balanced crispness, and a moderate alcohol content.
Pairs well with
As an aperitif, and with fish, white meat, cheese or rich dishes.
