Pro Nobis
By Cantine Sant'Agata, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
A Ruchè Riserva selected from the oldest and best-exposed vineyard, 14.5% abv, aged two years in large oak casks. First made with the 2000 harvest, in homage to Don Giacomo Cauda.
Tasting notes
Engaging aromatic persistence; a delicate bouquet, aroma and finish that reinforce each other.
Pairs well with
Game, or farmyard birds braised in the same wine; also unusual pairings with Asian cuisine, in particular Indian and Thai.
