Cantine Sant'Agata 'Na Vota

The estate's first zonal Ruchè, blending four vineyards, 14% abv. First released in 1990 by the Cavallero brothers, when Ruchè was still made only as a dessert wine.

Tasting notes

Great harmony and balance with a refined, mysterious aromatic vein. Notes of violet and rose, hay and vanilla; warm-bodied on the palate with long aromatic persistence. Can be drunk young or aged.

Pairs well with

Game such as venison, wild boar and hare, or farmyard birds braised in the same wine; good as an aperitif; also with a shortcrust tart without cream.
