Ravera Riserva
By Cagliero, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
The Ravera Riserva is Cagliero's Riserva bottling of Barolo DOCG from the Ravera cru, held back for additional ageing beyond the standard release.
Tasting notes
An elegant, full-bodied Barolo with a garnet red colour recalling summer sunsets, intense aromas of fresh fruit and spice with occasional notes of white truffle, and a long, smooth, balanced palate.
Pairs well with
Roasts, flavourful cheeses, game dishes, stews and grilled meats, as well as savoury appetizers and richly dressed first courses.
