White
Rabel
By Cagliero, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Rabel is Cagliero's Langhe Bianco DOC, a blend of Arneis, Favorita and Sauvignon Blanc grown on the estate.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights, full and complex on the palate, fruity yet dry with pleasing acidity; intense perfumes of aromatic herbs and wild flowers with citrus notes.
Pairs well with
Tasty cheeses, fish, seafood, raw meat and fish dishes, vegetable soups and salami; also a good aperitif.
