Barott is Cagliero's rose sparkling wine, a dosed blend of Freisa and Nebbiolo made by the Martinotti (Charmat lungo) method.
Tasting notes
Fresh and young, with scents of fresh fruit, cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose, a fine and persistent perlage and a fresh, balanced flavour.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, appetizers and light foods, white meat, fish and shellfish; also enjoyed as an end-of-meal sparkling wine.
