By Cagliero, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Chiamblo is Cagliero's Langhe Rosato DOC, made entirely from Barbera grapes grown in the village of Barolo and vinified in white to give a fresh, young rose.
Tasting notes
Light purple-red in colour with violet highlights, fragrant with wild flowers, cherry, apple and fresh peach, fruity, young and harmoniously structured.
Pairs well with
Hors d'oeuvres and light food, white meat and fish; a pleasant start to a meal.
