Tasting notes
Very intense straw yellow with golden reflections, creamy and very persistent froth. Very aromatic: ripe grape and nutmeg, with sage, orange blossom, peach and apricot. Very full and enveloping, sweet but balanced by acidity and fizz.

Fresh and dry pastries, desserts, fresh cheeses; pleasant at any time of the day
