Red
Blincin
By Bocchino Giuseppe, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Barbera d'Asti Superiore from Moasca, aged long enough to turn ethereal; 15-15.5% vol.
Tasting notes
Intense red with garnet tones that develop with age. Very intense, winey nose with strong spice, ripe fruit, plum and cherry, tending to become ethereal after long ageing. Broad structure, fruity and spicy on the palate, with acidity and tannins in balance.
Pairs well with
Game, red meat, mature cheeses
