Tasting notes
Intense golden yellow. Very aromatic and intense, with dried apricot, sultanas and candied fruit. Enveloping palate echoing the nose, with fullness and structure.
Pairs well with
Desserts in general, dry pastries, mature cheeses; on its own as a meditation wine

- At the end of the harvest the vines are pruned and the bunches are left to raisin on the vine, still attached to the cane. Fermentation is slow, in oak barriques. Not made every year, since raisining on the vine needs a mild, breezy climate with little rain.
