Tasting notes
Colour: light ruby red with purple reflections (cherry pink on the website), lively persistent foam. Nose: fragrant and aromatic, with fresh flowers, rose, a slight muskiness and ripe red fruit. Palate: sweet, delicate and soft, sparkling and persuasive, with long aromatic persistence.

Strawberries, wild berries, sweets, jam tarts and strawberry parfait
