Lilàn

Lilàn takes its name from the Monferrato dialect word for the Freisa grape, and is a Monferrato Freisa DOC first released in 2006 with consulting oenologist Maurizio Galimberti.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red colour with agreeable blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and violet flavours. Full and dry on the palate, slightly tannic, with good body.
Pairs well with
A wine for the whole meal, pairing well with starters, first courses, white and red meat, and charcuterie.

- Traditional method with fermentation on the skins for 8 to 10 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks and in bottle for at least 6 months before marketing.
