La Mossa
By Beccaria Vini, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
La Mossa takes its name from the historic name of the Beccaria farm and is a Piemonte Barbera DOC, first released in 2006 with consulting oenologist Luciano Bobba, made from Barbera grapes grown in the estate's Monferrato vineyards.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with a vinous, fruity bouquet of cherry and berries. Pleasantly lively on the palate, fresh, with medium body.
Pairs well with
Its simplicity and immediacy make it a match for any meal; perfect with charcuterie, various kinds of meat and medium-aged cheeses.
