Garbello is Beccaria's Monferrato Bianco DOC, first released in 2006 with consulting oenologist Luciano Bobba, made from Arneis grapes grown in the estate's Monferrato vineyards.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with a bouquet of acacia flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit: peach, pear, apple and tropical fruit. Elegant, dry and fresh, with hints of almond on the finish.
Pairs well with
Pairs well with fish, delicate appetizers, soup, pasta and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.

- Vinification
- Light pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. After fermentation, matured on the lees for a few months before filtering and bottling. Aged in stainless steel tanks and in bottle for 1 month before marketing.

- If stored in a cool, dark, dry place at 10-18°C, bottles keep well for about 2 years.
