Sparkling
Terre del Prete Vivace
By Azienda Agricola Boveri Luigi, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
The semi-sparkling (vivace) version of Terre del Prete, made from the same Cortese fruit and sold as a separate style alongside the still wine.
Tasting notes
Pale, bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Floral and fruity aromas of acacia blossom, hawthorn and white peach. Fresh, pleasantly dry palate with good persistence and a light natural sparkle. The estate recommends a medium-sized glass.
Pairs well with
An aperitif wine, also good with fish starters, focaccia and farinata.
