Azienda Agricola Boveri Luigi Casassa

A lightly sparkling (frizzante) Bonarda, one of three Boveri wines named after the vineyard it comes from.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with violet hues. Fresh, intense aromas of cherry and raspberry; dry, persistent, full-bodied palate with a pleasant natural effervescence. The estate recommends a medium-sized glass.

Pairs well with

Cured meat boards, cotechino and mixed boiled meats (bollito misto).
