By Azienda Agricola Boveri Luigi, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's top Timorasso, aged over two years between autoclave and bottle before release; repeatedly awarded, including three glasses (Tre Bicchieri) for the 2022 vintage.
Tasting notes
Intense golden yellow, lively and crystal clear. Intense, persistent bouquet of pineapple, grapefruit and yellow flowers with pleasant mineral nuances. Full, elegant palate with great balance and intensity that evolves over time. The estate recommends a medium-sized glass.
