A naturally lightly sparkling, dolce Moscato, bottled young to preserve its aromatic character.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Aromatic bouquet typical of the grape, with white peach and sage; sweet but never cloying palate, well balanced by good acidity. The estate recommends an aromatic-wine coupe glass.

Leavened pastries and cream puffs (bignè).

Soft pressing of the grapes, decanting of the must and fermentation of the decanted clear fraction at 14-15°C. Bottled immediately to capture its natural bubbles, with no CO2 added; ready for sale right away.
