White
Terre del Prete
By Azienda Agricola Boveri Luigi, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's still Cortese, fermented cool in steel and given a short rest in bottle before release; first made in 1992.
Tasting notes
Pale, bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Floral and fruity aromas of acacia blossom, hawthorn and white peach. Fresh, pleasantly dry palate with good persistence. The estate recommends a medium-sized glass.
Pairs well with
An aperitif wine, also good with fish starters, focaccia and farinata.
