Rosé
Rosato
By Azienda Agricola Boveri Luigi, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
A dry Chiaretto-style rosé blending Syrah and Barbera in equal parts.
Tasting notes
Vivid, cherry-pink colour. Fresh, fragrant aromas of raspberry and rosehip; fresh, dry palate of medium intensity and persistence. The estate recommends a medium-sized glass.
Pairs well with
General appetisers, and as an alternative to white wine with fish dishes.
