Sparkling
Mia Ida
By Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo, Alto Piemonte, Piemonte, Italy
A rosé sparkling wine, first vintage 2009, dedicated by Alberto to his mother Ida Costa Arlunno, a strong woman who loved the land of Ghemme and lived for her family.
Tasting notes
Cherry-red colour, crystalline, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, fruity notes recalling red apple and floral violet. Ready to drink, soft, fresh, with an inviting sapidity.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif. Very enjoyable throughout a meal thanks to the character given by the Nebbiolo grape.
