Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo Carolus

Cantalupo's white wine, first made in 1992, continuing the old Ghemme tradition of growing a little white-grape vine alongside the reds. The name recalls both St. Charles Borromeo, who passed the road overlooking the vineyard, and Alberto's father Carlo, who turned 80 in 1992.

Tasting notes

A fresh wine with a golden-yellow colour, opening with a very pleasant floral bouquet. The palate is round with an aromatic fruitiness.

Pairs well with

Pleasant as an aperitif, pairs with fish dishes and white meats.
