Rosé
Emma
By Ada Nada, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
Emma, named for one of the family's daughters, is Ada Nada's rosé, made in tiny volumes for the estate's own table and closest customers.
Tasting notes
Dull cherry red with cherry highlights. Lively and fresh on the nose, with attractive, persistent fruity notes. Lively, nervy and fresh on the palate, with body and acidity sustaining a savoury finish.
