Tasting notes
Carmine red with violet highlights. Fresh and engaging on the nose with cherry and red fruit notes. Soft and balanced on the palate, with a pleasant almond finish.

- Hand-harvested in the first half of September
- Vinification
- Maceration at around 25°C for 5-7 days to preserve the grape's fragrant character, followed by gentle pressing. The wine ferments and undergoes malolactic in steel, then rests outdoors over winter for natural settling before bottling between March and June, without filtration. About 5,000 bottles produced.
