A Fara DOC Riserva blend of Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara, aged long in French oak. 13.5 to 14% vol.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby tending to garnet; enveloping bouquet of liquorice, red fruits and spices. Savoury, dry and round, with soft tannins and a long, velvety finish.

Pairs well with

Red meats, game and spicy cheeses.

Keeps its character for over 10 years from bottling if well stored.
