Tasting notes
Intense ruby with violet shades; fine, persistent bouquet of ripe fruit. Very soft and well balanced, with the grape's acidity in harmony and a long finish.
Pairs well with
Red meats and cured meats.

- Vinification
- Traditional red fermentation with selected yeasts; the second fermentation is completed in stainless steel and the wine is clarified by natural settling with numerous rackings. Bottled the summer after harvest and rested some months in a temperature-controlled cellar.
