Tasting notes
Ruby colour with garnet reflections; enveloping bouquet of violet, red fruits and spices. Savoury and dry, with harmonious primary and secondary elements, velvety and long.
Pairs well with
Red meats, game and spicy cheeses.

- Vinification
- Traditional red fermentation with selected yeasts, completed in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then a long ageing in French oak barrels. Bottled and kept in a cellar with controlled temperature and humidity for a second ageing.

- 18 C, open the bottle at least 1 hour before serving
- Storage
- Keeps its character for over 10 years from bottling if well stored.
