Tasting notes
Ruby colour with garnet reflections; enveloping nose of liquorice, red forest fruits, violet and spices. Savoury, fine and persistent on the palate, with an elegant fullness and soft tannins.
Pairs well with
Meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.

- Keeps its character for over 12 years from bottling if well stored.
