Roero Nebbiolo, named Batajot on the old wine page and Di Costa in Costa on the current listing and tech sheet; the Batajot vineyard borders the Barbaresco zone a little to the east.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby with a bright red rim. Ethereal nose of ripe fruit with hints of dog rose and berries. Raspberry and redcurrant, delicate astringency, pleasant spicy aftertaste.
