Brilliant with lively green reflections. Very delicate, harmonious nose. Fresh palate recalling yeast with pleasantly delicate aromatic sensations.

Sustainable farming under the Vinaioli del Castellinaldo production protocol (certified product no. 715/001 SP19): no weedkillers or chemical fertilisers, minimal vineyard treatments, mating disruption against pests, hand harvest, only the yeasts that grow naturally on the grapes, cold settling and clarification. Alcohol 10.5%.
