White
Derthona
By Tenute RaDe, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
Tenute RaDe's still Timorasso from the Colli Tortonesi, aged on its fine lees with regular bâtonnage for a fuller bodied white named after the Roman name for Tortona.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with golden highlights, full bodied with a long finish, intense aromas of dried fruit, honey and walnuts, and a very persistent aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Fish dishes such as lobster, grilled chicken with garlic sauce, and pasta with white sauces.
