A passito style Moscato made from dried grapes, richer and more concentrated than the estate's Moscato d'Asti.
Tasting notes
Deep golden yellow with amber highlights, a nose of dried apricot, honey and citrus, full bodied on the palate with a pronounced acidity that balances its characteristic sweetness, and lingering notes of pink grapefruit, eucalyptus and candied orange peel.
Pairs well with
Small dry pastries, leavened desserts and aged cheeses.
