Sweet
Birbèt
By Taliano Michele, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Sweet, lightly sparkling red wine from the native Bragat Rosa grape, harvested in mid September with a short cold maceration and fermentation halted by refrigeration to preserve sweetness.
Tasting notes
Very fine foam with a ruby red color and garnet reflections, intensely fruity on the nose with a characteristic aroma, sweet and soft on the palate, well balanced by its acidity.
