Elena is Morra's metodo classico sparkling wine made from 100% Arneis, aged at least 24 months on the lees with traditional hand riddling and disgorgement.

Rich, delicate perlage with aromas of white fruit and pastry cream, a silky, enveloping palate with a long, well-balanced finish.

- Sandy soils with marl inserts and limestone veins, spread across the estate's vineyards in Castellinaldo, Canale and Vezza.
- Harvest
- Early harvest (end of August) to preserve the fruit's acidity.
- Vinification
- Gentle pneumatic pressing, primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle (metodo classico) with a minimum of 24 months on the lees, hand riddling (remuage) and disgorgement.
