A Nebbiolo and Vespolina rosato from Lessona and Brusnengo, with a short skin contact and five months on the lees. ABV 12.5%.
Tasting notes
Notes of ginger and pine, opening to a sweetness of orchard fruits, lemon and ripe melon. Juicy acidity gives impressive length.

- Production area
- Ormeggio, Castagnola and Belvedere vineyards in Lessona (Orolungo region, 290-350 m), plus the Madonna degli Angeli vineyard in Brusnengo (Bramaterra DOC, 350-420 m)
- Soil
- Lessona: Pliocene marine sands (Ori di Lessona) on an igneous rock subsoil mixed with glacial sediment, acidic and rich in minerals and trace elements including iron, manganese, aluminium and zinc. Brusnengo: shallow topsoil of pebbles and clay (pH 5-6) on igneous rock.
- Vinification
- Hand picked into small boxes, sorted on a conveyor belt, destemmed and gently pressed with about four hours of skin maceration. Five months on the lees, bottling from early February, with some further ageing in bottle.
