Massimo Rivetti Maggiorina

Named after an ancestor of the Rivetti family, one of the first to plant Moscato in Neive. Grown on the Serraboella hill, with a good acidity-to-sugar balance that keeps it fresh and fragrant.

10 ha (24.7 ac) at 380 m above sea level, one of the oldest Moscato vineyards in the area, average vine age 40 to 45 years, yield 10,000 kg/ha
Vinification
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel at 14C/57F for 6-8 days. Aged 4 months in stainless steel.

Store bottles vertically. Drinking life 3 to 5 years.
