- 1.9 ha (4.7 ac) at 380 m above sea level, average vine age 20 to 35 years, yield 6800 kg/ha
- Vinification
- Fermented in conic, tronco-shaped French oak vats at controlled temperature (28C/82F) for 12-15 days with many pumping-overs, 30 to 50 days on the skins depending on the vintage. Aged 20 months in 25 hL Slavonian oak and a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

- Store bottles horizontally. Drinking life 10 to 15 years.
