A tribute to the family's mother, Silvana. Written by hand in the historic Vigna Volpe vineyard with the best bunches and aged with patience for ten years, five of them in 1250-litre Slavonian oak barrels.

- 1 ha (2.47 ac) at 380 m above sea level, average vine age 65 years, yield 6000 kg/ha
- Vinification
- Fermented in barriques at 28C/82F for 12-15 days with frequent manual punch-downs, 60 to 70 days on the skins depending on the vintage. Aged in 1250 L oak barrels ("botticella") for a minimum of 60 months in wood and 60 months in bottle. Made only in the best vintages.
