Vinification
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel at 28C/82F for 12-15 days with frequent pumping over, 30 days on the skins. Aged 24 months in 25 hL Slavonian oak barrels and a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

16C/61F, large tulip glass
Storage
Store bottles horizontally. Drinking life 10 to 15 years.
